CFRW Membership Chair Stacey Backstrom Wins ‘Ann Woods HQ Volunteer of the Year’
from the Republican Party of Orange County – 2021.
Congratulations to Stacey (Santley) von Backstrom, who worked on several Orange County campaigns and was involved in many republican clubs as a board member, guest speaker, regarding the importance of elections and volunteer grassroots efforts. She was the District 5 Chair and supervised the cities of: Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita as well as the unincorporated areas of Coto de Caza, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, and Wagon Wheel.
She is the Membership Chair for the California Federation of Republican Women and has been doing a wonderful job.
In addition to this, Stacey is:
- A delegate the the Republican Party of California
- A 2022 Marian Bergeson Excellence in Public Service Series Scholar (1 of 6 in CA)
- And she currently works for the U.S. House of Representatives, Congresswoman Young Kim, as her Director of Constituent Services CA-39.
