Subject: CFRW Legislative Analyst’s new series – Governor Newsom’s Executive Orders regarding Covid-19

The California Federation of Republican Women Legislative Analysts have covered, in detail, the ballot initiatives for the upcoming November election. Their research was presented to our membership and to the CFRW Executive Committee. The following ballot initiative recommendations have been announced and published several times and can also be found on the CFRW website.

Starting with the next Capitol Update, CFRW members will receive bi-weekly information reviewing the various parts of each Executive Order, signed by Governor Newsom, dealing with Covid-19. Each one of these executive orders was signed without legislative oversight.  The objective of this series is to provide CFRW members with a better understanding of the implications of the Governor’s actions.

If you have questions regarding any of the executive orders, please contact the CFRW Legislative Analyst that authored that Capitol Update.

Hope to you see at the CFRW Board of Directors Meeting and Conference on December 5, 2020.

For the Federation,

Sue Blair, President
California Federation of Republican Women
