The theme for TORWF is ‘Soaring Like an Eagle” WITH NEW VISION.  In 2020 we will continue presenting our timely and important speakers and programs for the interest and education of our very excellent membership and guests.  Bringing information and educational programs to our high school and college students will remain an emphasis as they are our future leaders. We are on the path to re-elect President Donal J. Trump in November 2020.

Our programs include dinner meetings, luncheons, including our annual  Gala Christmas Hoiday Luncheon when we present “BEACON OF LIGHT”AWARDS to women and men who have lived exemplary lives in many ways promoting our beliefs, including Arizona Governor Janice Brewer and Michael Reagan. President of Pepperdine Universlty Jim Gash, Pepperdine School of Public Policy Dean Pete Peterson and TurningPoint USA Foudner Charlie Kirk on December 5, 2019.  December 8, 2016 we honored Joanne Drake, Chief Operatiing Officer at the Ronald Reagn Presidential Library & Museun who was with President Reagan and Nancy Reagan  in important capacities since 1984  with the “Beacon of Light Freedom Award.” Andrew Coffin, President at the Reagan Ranch and V.P. of the Young Americas Foundation Santa Barbara with the Beacon of Light Americanism Award.  We feature “DYNAMIC WOMEN” panels when women in various fields inspire our guests and members with stories and inspiration in their lives. Wisconsin  Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch,  Dean Deanell Reese Tacha, Dean of School of Law at Pepperdine University, and  Linda Livingstone, PhD., Dean of School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University are a few who participated. We believe in empowering women.  Other recent awardees are Katie Pavlich, Townhall editor; Larry Elder, talk show host and TV personality;  Natasha Trenev, scientist, the mother of probiotics and founder of Natren, Inc.,  Heritage Foundation Economist Steve Moore and others.

When Jim Brulte, California Republican Party Chairman, spoke to our club he emphasized that Federated Republican Women were the catalyst and so needed to elect RepublIcans to office.  Many elected officals remark that they could not have been elected without the assistance of our Republican Women.

Our meetings and events vary in location and times.  Our goal in 2020 is to maintain  and perhaps increase membership of women and men dedicated to Republican principles and “make America Great Again.”

In 2016 we won awards for the most registered voters; most increase in membership, most new member increase,in our category thanks to dedicated and hard working members.  We won Membership Increase Award for 2018 and Caring for America award in 2019.  I and 1sr V.P. Rosemary Licata attend NFRW Meetings and are on the Board with NFRW President Ann Schockett.

Our members are from all walks of life and represent many professions and occupations.  We welcome Associates from other Republcian Women’s Clubs.
